My graduate thesis tittled "Implementing flexible manufacturing systems and the change in work and position of white-collar workers" (Joustavien valmistusjärjestelmien käyttöönotto ja muutokset teknisten toimihenkilöden työssä) concerns so called flexible production and implementation of flexible manufacturing systems in two mechanical engineering plants. I combined social science and technological views for technological system change and change of work.
